Teaching our families how and why to get on board with real estate legacy goals

Building a legacy in real estate is not only about financial success but also about creating a lasting impact for future generations.

At this retreat we will be including our families to create a vision for the future, more specifically a vision for 2025.

Health needs to be at the forefront, because if we aren't here to enjoy our wealth, we failed.

Maraya and Michael Brown are forefronting the health and wellness side of the retreat! 

Reaching and communicating our goals with our family as individuals is imperative so the entire family can be aligned! 

Big Goals require significant time, energy, and dedication, and identifying what to focus on and when can feel overwhelming. You will leave the retreat with an action plan the whole family will work toward achieving! We will look for opportunities in your calendar to make space and use fun questions daily to have positive conversations with your kids around their goals and wins! 

Our kids don't usually understand why we go hard into real estate, the sacrifices we make and we want to begin the foundational tools in their minds to see the benefits and start identifying ways they can be involved 

The Level Up Retreat focuses on the involvement of our families in our real estate goals to foster a sense of unity and purpose. With their buy-in, the journey becomes a collective effort, and the success is shared by all. Their support not only helps maintain a healthy balance between work and family life but also ensures that the legacy we’re building is meaningful and sustainable for future generations.

Guest Speakers/Topics and Itinerary 

Maraya Brown- Maraya is a Yale certified nurse practitioner. Maraya and Jamie met through a mutual business coach, and currently practices as a functional medical practitioner. Her knowledge of practical micro changes in our daily habits has completely changed my life from helping me completely eliminate allergy medicine, removing morning brain fog which ultimately saved my career, made me a better mom, and helping me become a better spouse to my amazing husband. Maraya's knowledge of how to use feminine and masculine energy based on the daily tasks and relationships we are involved in will be shown through some of our activities at the retreat. 

Michael Brown- Husband to Maraya, Michael also comes from a wellness background and has lead men's groups. Michael will be taking the lead with our men of the trip, bringing out the masculine energy that can be buried when married to a strong woman.  

Crystal McDonough -Attorney and Founder of McDonough Law Group. Crystal is currently helping us restructure for the best tax savings and liability protection. Something we learned the hard way was setting things up based on advice from previous attorneys who didn't have our long term goals in mind. 

Activities!  

The activities have been carefully planned to include all ages! 

Think hikes, motorized toys, pool time and a special adventure for the men of the trip! Ladies we haven't forgotten about you, I just know the ladies are the ones actually reading this and need help getting the men on board so make sure they know we have big fun adventures planned for everyone.  

This will be a trip your whole family will talk about, and remember all while we help inspire and educate the younger generations and ourselves further. 

 Food! 

We will send out a questionnaire prior to get everyone's food preferences. Most meals will be handled at the house. 

We are Brad & Jamie Flanagan

Jamie is the CEO of Big Picture Real Estate Group, a 25 Million Dollar real estate team based out of Omaha, NE. She is also the active manager of Brad & Jamie's rental portfolio and flip properties. They personally own 80 doors and have business partnerships and real estate holdings exceeding 20 million. They started with 1 property and organically grew based on client demands, and now help others identify how to grow and avoid the mistakes they made through the learn as they went process.  

Brad is the money man! Not only does he help hundreds of families get home loans every year-he is the one to get the funds to continue growing their portfolio. His knowledge of financing both in the traditional mortgage world, and the commercial financing world allow him to be the guy who people thank for changing the entire trajectory of their finances. over and over again, he has made an introduction that either made or saved someone millions. 

As both a couple and business partners, Brad & Jamie have been tasked with the finding the right way to balance both worlds every minute of every day. With navigating many struggles along the way, they've learned how to prosper both professionally and personally together. And now they want to share their experiences and expertise with you! Their kids Hannah (15) and James (9) will both be in attendance learning and creating a vision for 2025 right along with the group!
