Once under contract our team will facilitate the contract to close escrow process and work with all parties, including the buyers lender and agent and the selected title company, to help ensure a smooth process all the way up to closing! 

Every situation is unique. The cost to sell a home will include tax proration, fees from title, and mortgage payoff/lender fees on top of any commissions. Commissions can be either a percentage of the sale price or a flat fee  and can be negotiable depending on the circumstances of the sale
